Cynthia uses her Six Sigma Master Black Belt expertise in both manufacturing and nonprofit environments to improve their overall process efficiency without increasing costs. She has 28 years of management experience that spans diverse manufacturing and nonprofit businesses.
As Executive Vice President of Education and HR, Cynthia will oversee training for the key, core tenants for starting, growing and scaling businesses as well as growing EBW’s global virtual chapters. Prior to this promotion, Cynthia was the VP of Contracts and Developments where she supported the organization in contract management and overseeing the manufacturing and distribution of partner suppliers.
Prior to joining EBW, Cynthia managed quality assurance at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida where she was the project manager for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) transition from Ultimate to Paycom. In addition, her leadership was instrumental in the organization securing an additional 3-year CARF accreditation.
Cynthia has served on the board of directors for 4 different Goodwill organizations. Cynthia earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She obtained her Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Breakthrough Management Group International (BMGI) and her Six Sigma Black Belt certification from General Electric. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2009 and Leadership Orlando Class 98.
