A Marketing & Finance Consultant, Erin has 10+ years of marketing experience working with companies ranging from start-ups to well-established brands. She is an adaptive leader who unlocks the potential of brands by creating and executing integrated marketing plans, translating analytics into consumer insights, optimizing resources, and uniting internal and agency teams to achieve growth. Erin has managed marketing budgets ranging from $400K to $120MM, to within less than 1% of target, for brands ranging from start-ups up to $2Bn in size.
Erin has spearheaded multiple successful product launches. For instance, Erin spent several years at Bacardi, the largest privately held spirits company in the world. While there, she was asked to launch a new luxury tier of rum for the Chairman, and Great-Great Grandson of the Founder, of Bacardi. The product sold out in both test markets within one month of launch and had a waitlist. In addition, Erin helped launch Deep Eddy Vodka in Austin, Texas. Deep Eddy achieved #1 sweet tea vodka position in South Texas and #2 position in North Texas (en route to #1) within six months of launch. Deep Eddy was ultimately bought for nearly $400MM in 2015.
Erin obtained her MBA in Marketing from Wharton and was awarded the Koenigsberger/Wharton Fellowship for her outstanding accomplishments, exceptional character, and leadership. She received her BA in Economics and Spanish from Emory University. Post Emory, Erin became a Corporate & Investment Banker, and spent 4 years in the industry in Atlanta (SunTrust) and New York (Wells Fargo) before attending Wharton.
