Roberta is the Chief Strategy Officer for EBW and provides consultative support to companies and leaders who are interested in conscious and profitable growth and development. She also has experience on Boards of Directors of such companies. She has over 25 years of experience in conscious leadership development, retail and retail supporting companies. Roberta was the Global Vice President and General Counsel of Whole Foods Market for almost two decades.
Roberta is the Co-Chair of Rodale Institute; is an Executive Advisor to Smarter Sorting; is an Advisory Board Member of Just; was a Founding Board Member of Whole Planet Foundation and sat on the Board of Conscious Capitalism for nine years. Roberta is a live music fan and is a Hella Circle Member of Conspararie (Grammy award-winning chorale) and is a proud member of the Texas Pottery Community and Eye of the Dog Art Center Community.
